The Standard Service Agreement, abbreviated as SSA, is an agreement co-developed by Nevi that serves as the basis for service agreements in the healthcare sector. It is a kind of 'standard contract' that sets out clear agreements about the service provision between a healthcare institution and a supplier.
The Standard Service Agreement (SSA) is an initiative developed by a partnership consisting of the FHI (Federation of Technology Branches), Nevi Zorg (Dutch Association for Purchasing Management, Healthcare section), and the WIBAZ (Working Group Instrumentation Management Academic Hospitals). The forces have been combined to create a uniform and reliable standard for service and maintenance in the medical sector.
