This week, Nevi is hosting a Ukrainian delegation from the Ministry of Health for an intensive training programme on Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP). The training aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills needed to rebuild the Ukrainian healthcare sector in line with European standards.
This initiative is a joint effort by a broad network of partners, including the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS), PIANOo, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ), Invest International, Philips, Topicus, The Medical Export Group (MEG), Memo Medical, the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa), RIVM, Zorginstituut Nederland (ZIN), Pluripharm, IAZ, the Dutch Federation of University Medical Centres (NFU), Amsterdam UMC, and Zorginkoop Netwerk Nederland (ZINN).
“It is inspiring to see how motivated the participants are to apply this knowledge within their own organisations,”Karin van IJsselmuide, Trainer at Nevi
Together, these organisations — with Nevi as a knowledge partner — contribute to improving procurement practices in Ukraine and strengthening sustainable cooperation within the European healthcare sector.
The training marks an important step towards a future in which Ukraine can independently, transparently, and sustainably procure goods and services for its healthcare institutions — a crucial foundation for a well-functioning healthcare system.
