A new group of young professionals has started the Nevi Procurement Talent Program (Private). Over the course of 14 months, they will develop into future‑proof procurement professionals within leading organisations.

This week, a new group of enthusiastic young professionals began the Nevi Procurement Talent Program – Private. This traineeship brings together working, learning and personal development, forming a solid foundation for an impactful career in procurement.

Over the course of 14 months, participants combine their roles at organisations such as Equans, BAM and FrieslandCampina with an intensive development programme. The trajectory focuses on both professional depth and personal growth, including leadership development.

The programme consists of in‑depth modules on the procurement profession, personal coaching and peer‑to‑peer learning, supported by a strong community of fellow professionals. As a result, participants not only build knowledge and skills but also develop a sustainable professional network within the procurement field.

With this new cohort, Nevi once again invests in the future of the procurement profession and in the development of talent that helps organisations look ahead and create strategic value.
