Nevi honorary members gather: knowledge, connection and pride at annual lunch
Nevi honorary members met at Kasteel Kerckebosch in Zeist for their annual lunch. A meaningful gathering focused on expertise, reflection and pride, in the year Nevi celebrates its 70th anniversary.
One topic that stood out was the limited visibility of procurement in the media. Especially in today’s uncertain times, the profession plays a crucial role.
As one of the honorary members put it:
"Procurement plays an important role in these turbulent times. We would very much welcome the opportunity to join programmes such as Eva Jinek or Nieuwsuur to explain its impact."_
The gathering was not only about reflection, but also about connection and shared pride. Pride in the profession, in one another, and in what Nevi represents as a professional association.
This year makes the occasion even more special, as Nevi celebrates its 70th anniversary — a milestone that highlights both its rich history and the ongoing relevance of the procurement profession.
