According to Nevi, Bizob and MKB INFRA, it is now time to start working with the AVOB, which in our view will give clients little to no reason to deviate from it, while adequately safeguarding the interests of design‑oriented companies. In short, a balanced end result that deserves the chance to prove its value. Several organisations have already indicated that they intend to pilot the AVOB by applying it in upcoming projects, allowing them to gather practical experience and build support for this new set of terms.
