Suppose that during the negotiation process with a vendor the historical market prices of commodities, the cost structure in the industry, the development of labor and all relevant exchange rates are available. How can this data contribute and what effect does it have on the power balance within the negotiations? These and other questions will be answered during this YPP event which is organised together with What’s The Price and Bouwmaat.
Robert Driessen (WTP founder and purchasing director of Bruna) will introduce the possbilities of WTP and Michiel Mak (purchasing director of Bouwmaat) will share his experience of using WTP within his own negotiations. Off course we want to see if the young procurement professionals are ready to practice modern negotiating based on facts so we will challenge you to participate in an interactive case so that you can experience it yourself.
