The Procurement Talent Program is the talent program for ambitious starters in Procurement. Easily build your network with other top talents in the profession.
- A contract with one of the leading companies Boskalis, Rabobank, Stork or Friesland Campina, immediately a good salary;

Access to the Training Program
The unique training program consists of 18 training days spread over 14 months. The subjects are:- Sourcing and Negotiations

- Strategic Cost Management
- Category Management
- Contracting and legal
- Personal development.
Challenging group assignments
Together with participants from your group at Boskalis, Rabobank, Stork and Friesland Campina, you will work on appealing cases, aimed at gaining new insights and improving your skills.College tour
With participants from your group, you build your academic network, such as 'meet the professor' and study meetings at various affiliated universities and colleges.Professional Coach Guidance
In addition to coaching and guidance at your workplace, you will receive guidance from your own professional coach from the Talent Program.Build a professional network with the PTP Community and CPO tour
Help and advice from the Talent Program in building your professional network. Among other things through the NEVI membership, access to the Young Procurement Professionals network and the CPO tour. En doordat je tijdens het programma nadrukkelijk hebt gewerkt aan jouw kennis en vaardigheden, zijn je carrièrekansen uitstekend. Je hebt bovendien een breed opgebouwde netwerk, en toegang tot de PTP Community. Daarmee onderhoud je gemakkelijk je netwerk en kan je je blijven ontwikkelen. Bijvoorbeeld door events en trainingen te organiseren of te bezoeken.
